Introduction To Practice Program Overview

Introduction to Practice program helps health care professions from other countries or HCA graduates from outside of BC gang insights to British Columbia’s health care system. Students will be introduced to the healthcare team and the roles and functions of the HCA in British Columbia.

Program Admission Requirements

Internationally Educated Health Professionals (IEHP), including Nurses from other countries OR Graduate of a HCA program within Canada, excluding British Columbia.

Program Duration

30 Hours

Fee Structure

Tuition Fee $700

Application Fee $100

This program does not require approval by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills and Training. As such, the registrar did not review this program.
